EXPO 2026 FAQs

  • Location: Jessup University, Rocklin, CA
  • Ages 12-18 can attend with our group (2026 graduates are eligible to attend if they are still 18 years old)
  • Housing and most meals are included in the registration fee for students, leadership, coaches and chaperones.
  • Housing is dorm pods: 2-4 per room
  • Pack like you are going to camp - NOT STAYING IN A HOTEL
  • Adults who are not leadership, coaches, or chaperones may NOT stay on campus or be in the dorm pods with the students.
  • Day Passes are available for purchase (this is for parents and families who want to go but are not participating students, leadership, coaches, or chaperones.)

Chaperones

As a chaperone, you’ll help guide, support, and supervise students from our branch throughout the week. You’ll attend main sessions, help enforce schedules and safety standards, and join in on the fun - cheering on our APEX team, participating in Tribe Wars, and connecting with other families and leaders.
Chaperones are not just monitors - they’re mentors, encouragers, and part of the EXPO family.

Expected Costs

Total Cost per registrant: $1,200.00 This covers the cost of travel (flight, uber), registration, and chaperones. 
  • $500 is due by 2/16 as a deposit to buy plane tickets
  • $350 is due by 3/31 to pay EXPO registration (THIS BECOMES $400 AFTER 3/31)
  • $350 (remaining) due by 7/1
APEX Team additional cost:
  • $200 Coach fee: this covers summer rehearsals, coach’s trip and the team registration fee.
  • APEX team members are required to take the winter and spring APEX CYT classes.
  • Team T-shirt (Improv) $20

APEX Team Commitments
  • Commit to attending EXPO if placed on a team
  • Commit to taking both the winter and spring APEX classes for your team
  • Commit to attending the summer rehearsals leading up to the EXPO trip
  • Commit to the financial investment of all of the above
